At Hawley Lane Dental we accept most major dental insurance plans and are happy to file the forms necessary to see that you receive the full benefits of your coverage. We will contact your insurance carrier to estimate any co-pays as accurately as possible. The range of dental benefits depends solely on what the plan purchaser (your employer) wishes to offer to employees or members.
Should you need treatment, we will create an itemized treatment plan for you. Our treatment plan will provide an estimate of the insurance coverage. It will show the treatment recommended, an estimation of insurance coverage and your estimated portion. It is important to note we will make out best effort to estimate the insurance payment based on the information we are given by the carrier. However, any unpaid balance is the responsibility of the patient. All co-pays are due in full when the treatment is rendered.
Hawley Lane Dental offers a full range of payment plans to fit your needs and budget. With our popular No Interest Payment Plans, there are no interest charges accrued if you pay your balance in full within the selected time period. If you need to extend your payment period, we offer options to extend payments to 48 months at a low interest rate. For larger treatment plans, we offer financing though Care Credit and Chase Health Advance. Our friendly staff will help you apply. There are no upfront costs and no pre-payment penalties.
